Process is about learning the parts…flow is about fitting the fragments of those parts together in a different way, and that is what we call flow. Performance is simply the result of allowing that to happen. The flow state enables us to maximise the performance we draw from our process skills.

To connect to create rippling flows of options to get around what is in the way. To enjoy being part of a connected team that adds to what we can already do. To share a Wow moment.
