We play games using current fitness levels and abilities to improve decision-making - so that we can do something for the first time - that is so obvious we wonder why we didn’t see it before. A Wow moment. To do more than we imagined we could do.

It's a shrunken court. About 5 meters shorter. This makes it more about manipulating space and less about athletic ability. Less running. perfect if you have not played for a while.
