Process is about learning the parts…flow is about fitting the fragments of those parts together in a different way, and that is what we call flow. Performance is simply the result of allowing that to happen.

Harness the Flow State to enjoy playing Basketball. Because the flow state is about finding different ways to assemble fragments of existing skills, nobody is excluded for not being good enough. Everyone can enter the flow state.
