We consider basketball to be the most fluid and relational sport. Yet, many coaches and players are trained in a mechanical manner. To enhance their ability to read the game's flow to create something new from the relationships between everyone around them - we teach coaches and players to play without thinking like a machine. A skill that can be applied to all sports and life.

• Playing without thinking like a machine means performance is the ability to create something new from the relationships between those around us. Wow moments. Based on assessments from our peer-reviewed coaches, players who only try to control how events unfold, will be asked to leave.
