Process is about learning the parts…flow is about fitting the fragments of those parts together in a different way, and that is what we call flow. Performance is simply the result of allowing that to happen. The flow state enables us to maximise the performance we draw from our process skills.

About the event
Take your basketball beyond your technique, speed, and strength. We play a version of basketball where the importance of space, time, and timing - are turned up and technique, speed, and strength are turned down. For those Wow moments. To achieve performance that is a lot higher than individual attributes and skills allow. The skills are very transferable to other sports as well as normal basketball. To life in general.
