Process is about learning the parts…flow is about fitting the fragments of those parts together in a different way, and that is what we call flow. Performance is simply the result of allowing that to happen. The flow state enables us to maximise the performance we draw from our process skills.
We act as a peer-reviewed governing body for those coaching the flow state
