Process is about learning the parts…flow is about fitting the fragments of those parts together in a different way, and that is what we call flow. Performance is simply the result of allowing that to happen. The flow state enables us to maximise the performance we draw from our process skills.
We act as a peer-reviewed governing body for those coaching the flow state

When we think inside the box - we achieve what we can reach. Thinking outside the box allows us to attain performance beyond our reach. We find other ways we can’t yet see. That once seen we wonder why we didn’t see it before. A Wow moment.

We are a social enterprise. We use all profits to give those who are excluded or vulnerable to social exclusion a free experience of playing sports and games where everyone set's each other up to succeed. Where everyone constantly imagines other ways. Where everyone uses mistakes to find what is next and grow. Experiences to build a belief that they are not stuck as they are now. Thank you.
