About us

The  world naturally caters to the way most people think. Growing up, I  realized my way of thinking differed sufficiently from the majority -  that I struggled to perform routines others found easy. Since I couldn't  alter the world to suit my needs at the expense of others, I decided to  switch off the routine to see what else could be done. Recognizing my  children also struggled with routines not tailored to their thinking, I  applied the skills I had developed to guide and support them. In a world  where traditional routines are becoming less effective, my children and  I established SkillsofWow.org - The governing body for effective in-game decision-makers.

Our "Be kind" rule

Our  aim is to equip everyone with the necessary skills to handle situations  when things don't go as expected. We intentionally disrupt players  current routines. We don’t let players use any athletic dominance to  push their routines through people in the way. Upholding our "be kind"  rule is crucial to maintaining order. Practically, this means engaging  in competition and cooperation by weaving micro routines to navigate  around each other. Providing those with fewer athletic and technical  abilities more space and time to execute their micro routines.

What the players say

"They are fun. They are stress free. Jon - has a way of teaching that I don't feel I am are being told what to do. I am encouraged to make my own choices and then supported with the decisions I make. There is no wrong decision. Only learning opportunities. Jon always finds a way to make feedback constructive and positive to help me make my own evaluations about my performance and how I can improve. He is supportive while pushing you to always be better and reach maximum potential".
